Daily Commute uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized Briefings.

  • speech synthesis.

Different AI systems may be used over time.

The identity of any particular AI provider is not guaranteed.

  • producing audio Briefings.

These automated processes are intended to improve relevance.

They are not used to make legal decisions or similarly significant decisions about you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

  • your Dossiers;
  • commute schedule;
  • language;
  • preferences;
  • previous interactions with the Service.

You remain in control of your Dossiers and may modify or delete them at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share personal data with trusted processors who help us operate the Service.

We may replace processors where reasonably necessary to improve or maintain the Service.

Some processors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including where applicable:

  • European Commission Adequacy Decisions;
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs);
  • equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary.
