AI Transparency Policy

Daily Commute · Version: 1.0 · Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Purpose

Daily Commute uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to help users stay informed about topics that matter to them through personalized intelligence briefings.

This AI Transparency Policy explains, in plain language:

  • how AI is used within the Service;
  • what users can expect from AI-generated content;
  • the limitations of AI-generated output;
  • how personalization works;
  • how the Service may evolve over time.

This Policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms of Service v1.1
  • Privacy Policy v1.1
  • Cookie Policy v1.0

2. AI-Generated Content

Daily Commute generates content using artificial intelligence.

This includes, among other things:

  • selecting relevant information;
  • organizing information;
  • summarizing developments;
  • explaining why developments may be relevant;
  • generating written briefings;
  • generating audio briefings;
  • translating content where supported.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, briefings are generated automatically and are generally not individually reviewed by a human before delivery.

3. Personalization

The Service is designed to deliver information that is relevant to each user.

Personalization may be based on information such as:

  • your Dossiers;
  • your preferences and settings;
  • your selected language;
  • your configured delivery schedule;
  • your interactions with the Service.

The purpose of personalization is to improve relevance, reduce information overload and provide a more useful briefing experience.

You remain responsible for deciding which Dossiers and preferences you configure.

4. How AI Is Used

Artificial intelligence may be used throughout the Service, including for:

  • information retrieval;
  • information filtering;
  • ranking;
  • clustering;
  • summarization;
  • prioritization;
  • reasoning and synthesis;
  • natural language generation;
  • translation;
  • speech synthesis;
  • quality improvement;
  • other functionality introduced as the Service evolves.

The specific technologies used may change over time.

5. Continuous Development

Daily Commute is an evolving software service.

To improve the quality, reliability, security, usability and performance of the Service, Zamforge may introduce, replace, modify or remove technologies and components without prior notice, provided the essential nature of the Service remains substantially the same.

This may include changes to:

  • AI models;
  • AI providers;
  • language models;
  • retrieval methods;
  • prompts;
  • orchestration workflows;
  • ranking systems;
  • recommendation systems;
  • algorithms;
  • speech synthesis technologies;
  • text-to-speech engines;
  • synthetic voices;
  • translation technologies;
  • information processing methods;
  • infrastructure;
  • hosting providers;
  • storage systems;
  • security controls;
  • user interface;
  • integrations;
  • supported features.

Changes may be made for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • improving output quality;
  • improving factual accuracy;
  • improving user experience;
  • increasing reliability;
  • increasing technical stability;
  • improving scalability;
  • reducing latency;
  • reducing operational costs;
  • improving security;
  • improving privacy protection;
  • complying with legal or regulatory requirements;
  • replacing discontinued third-party services;
  • introducing new capabilities.

The availability of any specific technology, provider, model or feature is not guaranteed.

6. Information Sources

Daily Commute may use information obtained from various sources, including publicly available information and other sources that users configure or authorize.

The categories, availability and processing of information sources may change over time.

Some sources may be added, modified or removed without prior notice.

The Service does not guarantee that every relevant source is included or that every available source will continue to be supported.

7. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool, but it has important limitations.

AI-generated content may:

  • contain factual inaccuracies;
  • contain outdated information;
  • omit relevant information;
  • misinterpret context;
  • reflect limitations in source material;
  • produce different outputs from similar inputs;
  • prioritize information differently over time.

No AI system is perfect.

For this reason, Daily Commute should be considered an informational assistance service rather than an authoritative source of truth.

8. No Professional Advice

Daily Commute is designed to assist users in staying informed.

It does not provide:

  • legal advice;
  • financial or investment advice;
  • tax advice;
  • accounting advice;
  • medical advice;
  • engineering advice;
  • regulatory advice;
  • any other regulated professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating information before making personal, financial or business decisions.

9. Human Oversight

Daily Commute is designed to automate the preparation and delivery of personalized briefings.

Although the Service is continuously monitored and improved, individual AI-generated briefings are generally not reviewed by a human before delivery.

Human oversight is primarily applied at the system level, including:

  • improving prompts;
  • improving workflows;
  • evaluating system performance;
  • correcting recurring issues;
  • improving quality assurance;
  • enhancing safety and reliability.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • selecting appropriate Dossiers;
  • reviewing AI-generated information critically;
  • verifying important facts independently;
  • complying with applicable laws when using the Service.

Users should not rely exclusively on AI-generated content when making significant personal, financial, legal or commercial decisions.

11. Responsible Development

Zamforge is committed to developing Daily Commute responsibly.

As the Service evolves, we aim to balance:

  • usefulness;
  • transparency;
  • privacy;
  • security;
  • reliability;
  • user experience;
  • technical innovation.

We regularly evaluate improvements to the Service and may adopt new technologies where they provide meaningful benefits to users.

12. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • technology;
  • legislation;
  • regulatory guidance;
  • the Service;
  • business operations.

Where material changes are made, we will update the version number and the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
